Ordering a Script

Requests for repeat prescriptions can be either left at reception, or telephoned in. Please have your doseage available and the correct spelling of the medication. To ensure that you receive your medication in time, please remember to request your prescription at least forty eight hours in advance. All prescription requests attract a fee which is payable at time of collection.

Patients with ongoing medical problems require regular monitoring – if you have not been seen for some months, you may require an appointment before a script can be written.

Opioid medications: Requests will not be accepted – an appointment is required. No prescription will be provided to any new patient to our practice.

Getting Your Results

.We request that you telephone for test results unless your GP has specifically requested you to return for an appointment. Please phone after the hours of 11am and not on a Saturday as our telephone lines are extremely busy. If your results are abnormal a recall SMS will be sent by Hot Docs or you will be telephoned
